At present, the competitive business environment increasingly encourages us to look for ways and approaches as to what to get the leadership in the market and to ensure to save the current position in the industry. Competitive advantages in this case allows you to get one of these approaches, which is striving for integration and coordination in supply chains for synergies in the implementation of this or that type of activity. Using basic ideologies and integrated planning concepts allows to achieve such goals of any large company.

The aim of this master's thesis is to develop a methodology and theoretical basis of using an integrated planning strategy on the example of the company's logistics services provider. According to the results of the work, carried out testing of the ideas considered by the example of the use of the integrated planning strategies now «HAVI-Logistics». The changes that will affect the business processes and organizational structure of the company's management, as well as cost-effectiveness analysis were conducted of the proposed project. In conclusion, the main findings and results of the master's thesis are observed.
