Improvement of Electronic Feedback Mechanisms for Social Services’ Users

Today, the issue of improving the electronic feedback mechanisms with users of social services is one of the most pressing in our country. Despite the prevalence of the various feedback mechanisms with users of social services all over the world, in Russia efficiently operate a few. The originality of this work is to review the electronic feedback mechanisms as a set of mechanisms for effective interaction of subjects. The hypothesis has been put forward in the work that the effectiveness of electronic feedback mechanisms depend on the interaction of subjects. In this study, we used three research methods: theoretical analysis of the problem, practice analyzes and expert survey. The results confirmed the hypothesis and allowed to generate proposals to improve and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of electronic feedback mechanisms.
