Practical Implementation of National Regime for Procurement of Sophisticated Medical Equipment

This paper analyzes practical implementation of National Regime during procurement of sophisticated medical equipment. A detailed analysis of the main legal acts, regulating National Regime is carried out in this paper, methods of providing preferences to domestic producers and methods of restricting access of foreign producers to public procurement is discussed, as well as positive and negative consequences of using these methods. The paper considers the specifics of procurement of sophisticated medical equipment, its economic and social aspects
