Relationship Between Outcomes Grand State Certification in 9 and 11 Grade

State final examination (SFE) is a mandatory step in the completion of the training educational program that has state accreditation. The student must pass the basic state examination (BSE) to complete the training in the educational program of basic education. And the student must pass the unified state exam (USE) to complete the training in the educational program of secondary education. BSE and USE are held for quite some time, and it is possible to link the results of the same graduates of 9 and 11 class.In this regard, interesting to see results BSE can predict results USE after 2 years?Is there a relationship between BSE and USE? Is there a continuity of the two forms of the SFE in practice? Earlier, consideredthe correlation USE and success of training in university (Havenson T.E., SolovievaA.A.(2012), Poldin O.V. (2001)). It was shown that the exam results are a strong predictor of success in the first year at university. But in the Russian Federation have not been conducted considering the results of the connection at the secondary education. The aim of the work is research the relations SFE results in 9th and 11th grade. To sample, we used the results BSE and USE in Khabarovsk region for 2013 and 2015. The final sample consisted of 5148 students, including 2228 (43.3%) boys and 2920 (56.7%) girls. We have analyzed the quality of the BSE and USE on the example of one of the variantsб analyzed the ability to predict the BSE exam results USE. The analysis includes the results of the BSE in mathematics and in different subjects, gender, characteristics of graduates of educational institutions such as type and location. In summary, we can say that the predictive power of the BSE is sufficient to predict the results USE.Also, this BSE can be considered valid for the selection of students in classes with in-depth study of specific subjects.
