This firm uses science as a strategy to sell culture, navigating a number of challenges to the sci claim due to commercial demands. And because consultants are actively involved in the selling process, and they have their own interests and strategies for meeting client needs that at times contradict the itim brand, at some point the scientific claim seems to erode because of customer needs. However, in some form the strategy is sustained.
