Clear understanding of business - incubator’s role in development, designing and support of social network of business-incubator and its advantages for residents absents in Russia. The question is especially actual in the framework of Russian business-incubators’ research as it is the crucial political part of innovative infrastructure construction of small business in the country. It is actual that authorities and administration of business-incubator predominantly set a task to provide some formal services for residents but organization of business-incubator’s ecosystem is not the major task as in Anglo-Saxon traditions are. The research question set a task to clear up how social network of HSE business-incubator develops, designs and supports and also the role of business-incubator in construction and taking advantages out of network communication by startups. Results of this research were received through participant observation of business-incubator’s members and through analyzes of 14 interviews: 10 interviews with residents and 4 with administrative staffs. The main results of this research demonstrates the process of interaction among all members of business-incubator, the main characteristics, process of construction, development and support of HSE business-incubator’s social network, advantages of social network for residents and also characteristics of residents’ social environment.
