Factors Influencing the Formation of the Territory of Innovative Development (on the Example of Science Town Fryazino)

In the process of the country's transition to an innovative path of development, an important role is played by the creation of innovative development of territories. Own mechanism of formation of such areas in Russia is not developed completely and for a long time will not be formalized within the framework of the Russian reality. In recent years, it is mentioned an increasing number of new studies, providing advices on the most efficient use of the factors contributing to the development of areas with high potential for innovation. However, the recommendations are not unique, are situational, not backed up by the regulatory regulations and constantly changing. This study focuses on theoretical and practical approaches to the description of the main factors influencing the formation of the territory of innovative development in Russia. In the theoretical part of the study carried out extensive analysis of literary and legal framework of each of the aspects of the chosen topic. These aspects are the main problems of the development of innovative areas in Russia and the factors that can influence these issues in a positive or negative direction. Then it was chosen and described the most important factors, the presence or absence of which in the innovation infrastructure of the innovative territory significantly affects its continued existence. The empirical part of the study consists, in turn, of the systematization of the existing practice of innovation development factors, on the basis of one example - science town Fryazino.
