Distinctive Features of Sophisticated Products’ Procurement on the Example of Medical Equipment

The current state of Russian economic sectors, including those related to the production of sophisticated medical equipment such that it can not fully meet the demand of medical institutions on complex products - foreign manufacturers well ahead. In order to support domestic producers begins implemented a number of programs aimed at the creation of the Russian complex medical equipment, which by its characteristics is not inferior to foreign. One of the ways the spread of such equipment are purchases. Herein lies the relevance of the topic. The subject of the research is to study the features of the procurement of sophisticated equipment on the example of health. The object of study - the purchase of sophisticated medical equipment. The aim of the thesis - to analyze and examine the procurement of sophisticated medical equipment in the Russian Federation. As a result of writing the thesis revealed that the implementation of the procurement of sophisticated medical equipment has a number of problems whose solution requires the development of measures, implementation of which will optimize the procurement process. Thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter deals with the basic theoretical aspects of the topic. The second chapter analyzes the procurement of sophisticated medical equipment in three areas - general analysis of complex medical equipment procurement system in the Russian Federation and procurement review of scanners - as a kind of sophisticated medical equipment. In the third chapter highlights the main problems of a complex system of procurement of medical equipment as well as discussed the possible directions of procurement of sophisticated medical equipment.
