Development of the Remote Controlled Automatic System for Fermented Milk Production

This paper describes the process of designing of an automated complex with the remote control for the production of dairy products. The main stages are described in the explanatory note. To achieve the set goal the means of production of diary products, existing communication channels and wireless network topologies were analyzed and the concept of the proposed automatic system was developed. The model, structure and elementary diagram were designed and the reasons of chosen set of elements such as microcontroller, a motor, a motor driver, a temperature sensor, a relay and WI-FI module, implemented PCB trace were substantiate.
