Analysis of Inclusive Education in Moscow: Realization Process

Inclusive education came for discussion of general public rather recently. Up to this point, special education was the only way to train disabled children. Since the law "About Education" was enacted in December 29, 2012, finding the methods of realization of inclusive education has become the question of current importance. In this work there is an analysis of inclusive education and its principles, its development in Europe and in Russia and its realization process. This paper presents the data drawn from the qualitative research of 4 Moscow schools, identifying themselves as inclusive. It illustrates the methods of realization of inclusion in such schools, the problems that they face and how they eliminate them.
