In the beginning of the study we raised the question: how different types of career capital and startups can be involved them in the struggle for success (in interaction with other field agents). Work with theoretical sources allowed us to allocate capital, field, career and success as the main concepts of the study. After empirical study (participant observation, interviews, publicistic review of the literature) we were able to describe the field of IT start-UPS, to allocate two main types of agents: startups (founders-interprener) and investors (venture capitalists/analysts funds/accelerators, incubators/business angels, "descriptors"). Also our study showed that the stake of the struggle within the field of startups IT startups are a positive investment decision. The most serious challenge for us was to relate to different types of capital startups and contexts of interaction with different agents of the field.
