Business Women: Specifics of Time and Family Budget Distribution

The aim of the proposed study is to examine the way business women strike their work-life balance. The study tries to define such concepts as distribution of labor in family, money management and family roles in households. The study is conducted through qualitative approach with the help of in-depth interviews that give an opportunity to find out hidden meanings of the business women life strategies. The participants surveyed are 15 family women who work as top-managers or who are owners of businesses. The proposed project is expected to deepen understanding of business women behavior in modern society. The paper consists of introduction, where the problem is stated and aim is defined, literature review where the main theoretical and empirical works are described, methodology and description of the results anticipated.
