Resistance of Organizations to Changes

The present thesis is devoted to the research of organizational culture and emotional life of organizations while resisting to introducing of organizational changes. The author analyze current approaches to to the problem with the main focus on application of psychoanalytical theory to the process of organizational changes. Based on multiple examples, the challenges of "unconsciousness" of the organization while introducing new processes and business and business models are researched in a great detail. The understanding of processes emerging in the resistance to change enable modern organizations to be successful in the enhanced competitive environment.
