Psychoanalytic approach in business consulting is relatively young and new tool to work with Leaders and their teams. The relevance of the work proposed by the author, follows from understanding market needs to identify the key concepts of this approach as an independent method of work with organizations, and also involves the use of a combination of methodological principles of psychoanalysis and business consulting, which significantly expands the set of tools and methods for work of consultants with organizations. See examples of use prove practical efficiency of the method as a practical approach for working with organizations.
