The following thesis is devoted to the study of the employee integration into corporate culture of the firm. The theoretical apprroach used in the study is based on the sociological and antropological ideas. The relevance of the study is in its particular novelty in the context of Russian realities, as well as the opportunity to ask subjects to continue and develop the study of organizations representing different spheres.
