Problems of Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction on the Example of the Provision of Public Services of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation

In this paper, the problems of practical implementation of the interdepartmental electronic exchange for the provision of public services. For the formulation of specific problems was the analysis of the results of the project on the organization of interagency cooperation in the public services of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that despite the apparent activity in the field of e-government, quality and efficiency remain low. Organization of interdepartmental electronic interaction requires high-level coordination bodies, managerial will and ability to provide technical support of electronic systems. At the moment the system of electronic government in Russia does not possess these characteristics, as evidenced by the performed in the examination of the contractors of Ministry of industry and trade.
