Abstract Report 37 page, 9 chapter, 2 pictures, 10 tables cplex, ibm ilog cplex, java, web, diet plan generating, training program generating The aim of this master thesis is to develop a system for generating personal training programs and diet plans. This work is relevant due to the increased interest of people to a healthy lifestyle. This trend became the impetus for the emergence of a large number of applications and devices that help to monitor the state of health and training. There are a set of online services on the market, which provide information about training and nutrition. However, all of these sites give only general information – it is difficult to obtain personal training program and diet plan without consultation of professional trainers and nutritionists, especially if it is needed to take into account health problems. It was decided to develop the system as a client-server web application. This choice is determined by a variety of advantages of web platform, such as a cross-platform, cheap cost of development and many others. One of the objectives of this work was research of possibilities of IBM ILOG CPLEX solutions optimizer for the generation of individual training programs and diet plans. A model for ILOG CPLEX was created to solve this problem, it describes all the necessary conditions for the result - in this case, it is a set of products for the personal diet plan. This document describes in detail the algorithms of the system. The system has many routes to development, including the creating a mobile version of the system in the form of a website or application. It is also possible to implement the interaction with various devices (fitness trackers) that monitor the health condition and to give different recommendations given readings of these sensors. In the future, it is possible to modify the algorithms that generates training programs and diet plans for improving their effectiveness.
