The thesis aims to determine the relationship of interpersonal relations and the owners of the family business life cycle. The advantages and disadvantages of family business, analyzed the value and continuity of the family business, family business issues evaluated at different stages of the life cycle, analyzed the possibility of a psychoanalytic approach to the family business. In the empirical part, we investigated the relationship of interpersonal relations and of the life cycle of the family business through in-depth interviews and techniques LIFE LINE, identified the prevailing values ​​of business owners using the Schwartz method, estimated the meaningfulness of life by methodology Leontiev DA, dismantled the 5 cases with more explicit relationship of interpersonal relationships between the owners and the family business. The thesis consists of two chapters, introduction, conclusion, bibliography (69) Applications (4) written on 117 sheets.
