The work explores the questions of psychoanalytical research of organizations with use of Wilfred Bion’s theory of the group processes. The author describes the basis and characteristics aspects of psychoanalytical research of organizations and provides in-depth analysis of Wilfrd Bion’s psychoanalytical theory of group processes. Scientific value of the research involves the use of the methods, that are formed based on the results of literary sources analysis, to make use of psychoanalytical approach to work with real problems that arise in organizations and in the cases analysis.
