Abstract Thesis “Improvement of Sourcing and Procurement Logistics Function of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company in Terms of Ltd NMTC International” consists of introduction, business analysis of manufacturing company exploring topical scientific and practical research, practical application of the methodology and conclusion. The aim of this work is to develop guidelines for supply logistics improvements. The object of the study is the manufacturing company “NMTC International” The subject of the study is the procurement, intended to raw materials. In this study, the following main problems are sold: 1. An actual organizational and economic analysis of manufacturing company’s supply logistics has been conducted. The ways of improving supply logistics have been identified on the basics of analysis of scientific and practical literature. 2. A system of evaluation and selecting suppliers of raw materials has been developed. 3. The requested changes in the procurement framework are commercial-based. The present study is a complete self-made qualifying work, including science-based set of organizational and economic developments to improve the supply logistics system of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
