Keywords: procurement, non-manufacturing procurement, TCO concept, supplier selection, standardization of needs. Most companies pay much attention to manufacturing procurement, but few of them care about monitoring of non-manufacturing procurement spend, despite the fact that it may be the significant share of these overall costs of a company and can have a serious impact on the company's financial results. The aim of this study is to develop recommendations for improving the procurement of AO "Pharma", namely the non-manufacturing procurement. In this study analysis of the company activity was carried out, the theoretical approaches to the improvement of the procurement activities of the company were analyzed. The methods of increasing the efficiency of procurement activities within the company and in collaboration with external business environment were reviewed and their comparative analysis was carried out. The project to improve the procurement through standardization of needs, the use of TCO concepts and use of information systems of a company was developed. Also in this study the positive impact of these decisions on the overall economic efficiency of the company was proved. 5.
