Scientific adviser Ivanova Anastasia Vladimirovna, teacher Key words: logistics services quality, Six Sigma, DuPont analysis, VMI The aim of this thesis is to improve logistics services quality of the manufacturing company. The tasks of this work are to analyze the market of juice products in Russia, to analyze business and logistics activities in order to detect the existing problems, to do literature review related to quality management, to propose actions to solve the problems, to realize these actions and to analyze their effectiveness. As a result of the analysis of logistics activities of the company certain problems have been detected: inaccuracy of sales planning resulting in high stock costs and high transporting costs because of a big number of shipping companies. The object of the thesis is the manufacturing company producing juice and juice products. Several recommendations have been developed: to implement VMI in order to exchange information with distributors and enhance the accuracy of sales planning and to analyze the performance of the shipping companies to reduce their number. Economical effectiveness of the suggested actions has been proved. In the end, return of equity has increased by 13%. 4. Size of the thesis: 73 pages, 20 pictures, 19 tables and 25 literary sources
