Graduate work on "Improving Production Logistics Through the use of JIT concept on the example of JSC AKOM" consists of introduction, business analysis of manufacturing company, exploring topical scientific and practical research, practical application of methodology and conclusion. The aim of this work is to develop a recommendations on improving AKOM company production logistics that is the leader of cat batteries market. In this study, the followin main problems that have elements of scientific novelty are solved: - complex analysis of the company have been undertaken. - analysis of the theoretical basis of JIT concept in scope of production logisctics. - recommendations for practical actions were worked out. Key words: production logistics, JIT, Kanban, EDI, RFID.
