The purpose of the study is to find possible solutions that will lead to an increase of the competitiveness of freight forwarding company. The objectives of the study are the analysis of economic activity of the company, analysis of financial and economic indicators, analysis of the logistics activities of the company and identification of the major problems, looking for possible methods of increasing the company's competitiveness, the definition of measures to improve the logistics of the company, economic evaluation the proposed activities.

The analysis of logistics activities of the company allowed to identify the main problems: a long time of processing the order, errors in document processing, high rates. These problems could be seemed as the result of imperfect information management.

The object of the research is freight forwarding company.

In this study, the following recommendations were made:

Improving information management by integrating information between contractors in the supply chain by introducing a system of electronic data interchange.

The economic feasibility of the practical application of the proposed solutions is reflected in the Dupont model. Return on equity increased by 1.2%.
