Improving the Efficiency of the Company with Integrated Planning on the Example of Mars Company

The aim of the thesis is the development of an algorithm implementation of sales planning and operations, which will minimize failures in the customer service system and enhance the level of service provided to customers of the company. The objectives of graduation qualification work are: the analysis of the theoretical tools of organization of the system of integrated planning; the formalization of the proposed approach to implementing integrated planning; testing of this approach on the example of improving the system of planning and level of customer service; study of the economic effect of its implementation. In the analysis of logistics activities identified the following challenges: the lack of a single analytical center, inconsistency of the plans of departments of the company, there is a problem with the lack of customer demand, lack of dynamic changes of target indicators of the stock in days and the level of service. The object of study is a manufacturing company. The scope of activity is food for Pets. In this graduation qualification work has elaborated the following recommendations: implementation of algorithm S&OP taking into account the company's specificity, the selection project group of stakeholders, the development of indicators of success of the implementation process.
