Improving of the Return Flow Management on the Example of Eldorado

Keywords: reverse logistics, return flow, consumer goods value return, returns management. The purpose of the SRS is to improve the management of return flow network retailer. The objectives of the GQW are: to study the obtained information about the company, to determine its place in the market; to analyze the current situation of the company and to make a conclusion about the stage of its development; to identify key issues within the company, related to returns management; to analyze and research theoretical elaborations of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of reverse logistics; to find the best practices and examples in the field of reverse logistics; to determine the most appropriate return flow control methods for retail company to find problem-solving tools; to determine the algorithm of implementation of previously selected methods; and to assess the economic effects from proposed activities. The following issues have been identified during the analysis of logistics activities: the lack of a systematic approach while dealing with returns, a growing amount of returns of products, both in retail stores and in the field of e-commerce. The object of study is a network retail company. Scope of activity is trade in household appliances and electronics, as well as other commodities. This GQW has come with the following recommendations: increase levels of responsibility and motivation of staff working at the reception of the returned goods from customers and employees engaged in the acceptance of goods from the suppliers; the introduction sorting staff to retail stores; implementation of SAP module; KPI development for the assessment of returns management. The economic feasibility of the practical application of the proposed recommendations was proved. As a result, the ROE ratio in the model of strategic profit grew by 3.82%. Net GQW: number of pages - 100 pages, number of figures – 20, number of tables - 13, references - 42.
