Abstracts 1. Topic of bachelor’s thesis: « Improving the Planning System of Logistics in a Global Company» 2. Key words: sales and operations planning, integrated planning, demand planning, supply planning, business-processes maturity model The study touches upon topic of improving planning system in a global company through the introduction of integrated planning technology. This topic is of current high interest due to its successful practical examples all over the world. The present study is aimed to improve the efficiency of planning processes by improving forecast accuracy and establishing relationships between inner business-functions. Main integrated planning technologies are considered, business-processes maturity model is analyzed and successfully implied. Based on example of global direct seller of products for storage and cooking, the author describes in detail the introduction of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), using different IT-systems for data visualizing and analysis. Total results were presented in the DuPont system of analysis, where changes in the main financial indicators are shown. Length of bachelor’s thesis: pages – 80, pictures – 26, tables – 10, list of literature sources – 25, appendixes – 4 на 8 стр.
