Keywords: automation, EDI-system, controlling, balanced scorecard Currently, many companies are facing difficulties in management, in particular in the field of logistics, in view of the lack of information on the current status and future development of the company. Companies strive to implement and use new tools and concepts that have helped to cope with these tasks. One of these tools in business management is controlling of logistics business processes. In this paper we consider the issue of improving the system of controlling using the example of a logistics operator. The aim of the work is to identify the problems in controlling system of the company and propose measures for improvement of controlling system. As a result of the work there have been executed tasks: analyze the economic activity of the company, financial and economic position and the operating activities of the enterprise; identified problems with the current approach to controlling of business processes and improved order fulfillment cycle. Volume: 85 p., figures - 31, tables - 33, a list of references - 26, applications - 1 on 7 pages.
