The purpose of the study is to find possible solutions to improve the management system of logistics service of freight forwarding company. The objectives of the study are the analysis of economic activity of the company «Panalpina», the analysis of financial and economic indicators in the company, analysis and identification of the main problems of logistics activities of the company, the definition of tools to improve the logistics service management system, an analysis of possible methods of improving the management system of logistics service, assessment of the economic evaluation of the proposed solutions. The analysis of logistics activities of the company identify the main problems: a high rates, errors in the freight forwarding services. These problems are the result of imperfect management of logistics service. The object of the research is freight forwarding company. In this study, the following recommendations were made: Improving the management system of logistics service by making changes in tariff scale for services by changing the existing contractor management process. The economic effectiveness of the practical application of the proposed solutions is presented in the Dupont model. Return on equity increased by 6%. 4.
