Supervisor: Kolik Aleksander Veniaminovich, c.t.s Key words: PLV, supply, designing, point of sale, coordination, algorythm, stock management. The goal of presented recearch is designing of «PLV» goods Supply Algorithm at L'Oréal Company and following move to more effective solution of supply Russian Office of «PLV» products from the position of decreasing cost per-unit and minimizing the risk of delays. According to this tasks are: 1) Gaining input-output information for the future model 2) Combining model of absolute costs of «PLV» supply comparing avaliable alternatives 3) Approach design of highlighting of those deliveries planned for 2015-16 delay of which can lead to significant losses. The object of recearch is the supply system structure and conditions under which the deliveries are performed. The subject of the recearch is the algorythm of «PLV» deliveries at L'Oréal Company LUXE. The suggestions were made to improve the algorythm. Cost efficiency is proved. The return on equity grows from 95,76% to 105,67%. Length of recearch: pages - 64, pictures - 23, tables - 7, list of scientific sources - 19, appendix - 3.
