Currently, the dynamic changes taking place in society, including those relating to social restructuring of, change in economic terms, the emergence of new social organizational structures, which inevitably leads to an increase in the role and change, complexity of systems management activities. In this regard, it is an indisputable fact of dependence of the efficiency of processes of social and economic reforms, stable development and operation of social and organizational processes to optimize both the control mechanisms and increase the activity of people who perform leadership roles. The purpose of research - to study the psychoanalytical aspects of the destructive behavior of the leader. Subject of research - the psychoanalytic aspects of the destructive behavior of the leader. The relevance of this study determined that at the present time in connection with the innovations in the field of business, economics, social structure as a whole, the role of leaders, capable of withstanding negative social trends and promote the development of production and society. Thus, the prospects and problems of insufficient knowledge allow to label it as a date.
