Supervisor Alla Fel , PhD, Associate Professor Keywords: improving the efficiency of logistics activities, Renault Russia, organization of acceptance zone, analysis and selection of WMS-systems, the introduction of the WMS-system and its synchronization with ERP, MMOG / LE standard model of strategic profits. The aim of this work is to develop recommendations to improve the efficiency of logistics activities in the company Renault - the French automotive corporation. In the first quarter of 2013 the company has become a leader among foreign manufacturers in Russia. In the future, as the economic's recovery in Russia, it is expected, that there is will be increase of sales of Renault's cars, so fot the company is now particularly important to improve the efficiency of its operations, including logistic activity. The introduction of information WMS-system in the enterprise, restructuring of the organizational structure as well as the introduction of quality zone as a temporary measure, the acceptance area: during the implementation of tasks in the following ways to solve the problem of incomplete vehicles at the plant were developed. According to the results of the cost-effectiveness solutions, becomes apparent that they have a positive impact on the financial performance of the company. With the introduction of the proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of logistics operations, it is managed to increase return on equity 1.44%.
