Abstract 1. Topic of bachelor’s thesis: “Improvement of merchandising technology in distribution network” 2. Student: Martin Grygorian, Doctor of economic sciences, docent 3. Key words: merchandising technology, forwarder, distribution network, logistics coordination, strategic profit model. The general purpose of this study is to develop recommendations for improving of merchandising technology in distribution network. To achieve this goal the following objectives need to be met : the company's analysis of the situation in the market of logistics services, study of existing researches and the practical experience of improving merchandising technology, recommendations for improving the existing merchandising technology and their economic justification. In the analysis of logistics performance of the company the following problems were identified: supply disruptions , lengthening the cycle of orders , increased variable and fixed costs in the logistics chain. In this paper, the following solutions have been developed: strengthening the logistical coordination , involvement of the carrier , the modernization of rolling stock , maintenance of common technical policy. The economic efficiency of the practical application of the proposed recommendations was proved. As a result, return on equity in the strategic profit model increased on 0,19%. 5.
