Key words: distribution system, logistics, trading company, inventory management. In modern conditions of growing competition has become an integral part in the goods and services markets. In such circumstances, the standard methods to reduce overall costs and cost become less effective. Consumers set high requirements to the level of service and quality of service. Users can easily change suppliers and select the best options for the ratio of "cost / level of service." An important part of the success of a trading company in the market is the distribution system. The purpose of the graduation thesis is to identify cost reduction pathways, and risks associated with the management of the distribution system, through improved inventory management processes, service level improvements in relation to clients, as well as the optimization of the time required at various stages with inventory management through improved inventory management system in trade logistics company. 5. Graduation Thesis Content: an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography, 70 pages, 16 pictures, 5 tables, 26 sources of literature.
