This research proves the necessity of analysis of the inner psychodynamic processes in an organization analysis, which influence organizational effectiveness and competitiveness, and which can either enable or limit organizational development. Need for adaptation to rapidly changing and competitive external environment forces organization to avoid unconscious destruction of what is being created on the conscious level – the corporate culture changes demand for change in dynamic between dependence and aggression from all involved. In such circumstances, the companies firstly need employees who would show personal initiative in identifying and elimination of communicative issues instead of strictly obeying the management orders and following traditional rules and procedures. Such transformation of psychological agreement and corporate culture stands to be a difficult task. On an individual level changes in relationships between the management and employees disclose deep problems related to individual attitude toward the authority, resistance to aggression and reaction to severe increase of uncertainty level. On the organizational level the shift from relatively predictable market to changing competitive environment faces the company with lots of similar issues when the current agreements with suppliers and customers are being revised. The organizations need to focus their efforts needed for successful competition and mobilization of the employees to win their position in the new market situation. For successful achievement of the goals set it is necessary to work a difficult connection between regressive and progressive forces out.
