Transport Optimization of Trade Company’s Logistics System

Within the formulated purposes in the research following problems are solved: analysis of the economic activity of the company, its position on the market, the analysis of financial and economic indicators of the company, identification of weaknesses, analysis of literary sources for the further development of the algorithm for improving the transport service LS trade company, cost-benefit analysis of the proposed changes. The object of the research performs activities of an oil and gas company's lubricants division on the Russian market. According to the analysis of the logistics of the company the following issues were identified: imperfect formation of the unit load;: irrational level truck load; non-good implementation of safety rules transportation and cargo handling, which leads to a high level of returns. In the research the following recommendations were developed: increase the efficient use of the useful volume of the vehicle, as well as reducing the risk of product damage during transit and cargo handling increases the company's profitability and increase its net profit by 1.77%. As a result of the economic efficiency of the proposed changes has been proved. ROE in the strategic profit model has increased by 0.06%. 4.
