Key words: management of logistics infrastructure, key performance indicators, traffic management system, the model of strategic profits. The purpose of the SRS is to provide solutions to improve road management efficiency. The objectives of this work: To carry out an economic analysis of the company. Identify the major competitors of the company in the segment of refreshing products. Analyze the Logistics system and identify weaknesses that require attention from the companyAbout. Determine the location of the object of research in the logistics system. Analyse existing "best practices" in the field of improving the management of transport processes, and to find solutions, which are suitable for the study of the company. Insufficient level of development of information system, which does not allow for efficient transport management. Low transparency of operations. High operational costs. The complexity of scheduling. . The low level of inventory turnover. The complexity of inventory planning We prove the economic feasibility of the introduction of traffic management systems, return on equity increased by 4% .bschaya cost savings amounted to 16 million rubles.
