New Public Transport Policy in Tbilisi: Current Issues and Prospects

This work is an alternative concept of the formation of Tbilisi city's public transport policy, based on the reforms over the past 10 years and analysis of the results. Taking into account historical context of development Tbilisi's transport sector and modern approaches and trends.
