In this paper we consider the phenomenon of organizational pathology - persistent failures in the organization, which can push the organization to a serious crisis with severe destructive consequences, both for the organization and its members as well as for society as a whole. The source of such pathologies are the decisions taken by the group leader and senior managers. Therefore organizational pathology will be considered from two perspectives, ecological approach, considering the organization itself as a living organism, with the psychoanalytic approach, considering the destructive behaviors leader, which allows to evaluate the role that leaders play in the formation of disease.
