Development of Effective Decisions in Logistic Activity of the Transport-Forwarding Company

The purpose of the research is development of recommendations about Development of effective decisions in logistic activity of the transport-forwarding company" . Within the formulated purpose in research the following problems are solved: the analysis of economic activity of the company, its market position, financial results of the company, identification of weak points, the analysis of references for further development of algorithm on implementation of strategy of a business merger, cost effectiveness analysis of the offered changes. In the research the following recommendations have been developed: a method of achievement of necessary competitive advantages of effective decisions in logistic activity of the transport-forwarding company" through strategy implementation of merge to other company that has allowed LLC DTK to combine efforts with the partner and to open new ways of further development and enhancement of transportation of combined freights as already logistic provider providing not only highly specialized transportations, and the whole complex of logistics services for the clients. Cost efficiency of the offered changes has been as a result proved. Return on equity in model of strategic profit has grown by 3,06%.
