Shared Service Center (hereinafter - SSC) - a specially created unit within the structure of a large company or institution, which passed some business processes across the organization. Shared Services are implemented by companies to reduce their own costs and to increase the shareholder value of the enterprise. Implementation of an SSC, as a solution to optimize the company's operations, is becoming increasingly popular among managers, but the overall economic impact of the creation of an SSC does not always meet their expectations. The aim of this work is the strategic rationale for the creation of shared services in the company. The paper has the project character and aims to review the current strategic position of the company, the formation of strategic prerequisites for the implementation of the common center of operations and the creation of a practical approach to the development of the concept for an SSC.
