This paper investigates interconnection between countries in terms of their air pollution emissions. With the use of spacial panel data econometric techniques the paper estimates a modified version of Environmental Kuznets Curve, which includes intertemporal and spacial effect components. It shows the signicance of both effects, while the approach and the effect differ for local and global types of emissions.
