One of the main indicators of world economies is considered to be exchange rates. All the agents participating in international trade and in international financial relations are somehow connected with exchange markets. Thus the ability of agents to define factors determining the dynamics of exchange rates is very useful in modern world and it can also can help agents to manage risks in a proper way. In that empirical study the analysis of USDRUB exchange rate was made using oil price and monetary instruments of Central Bank as Explanatory variables. The analysis was done in different timespans and the hypothesis that structure of oil price impact and Central Bank policy impact differed over time was proved.
