In this technological era, most of the software companies are now follow the agile methodology to build the software products and to manage the projects with complicated requirements. Agile methods are attractive to project managers which help them to figure out the main factors that deal with the project performance attributes in order to achieve the milestones. Furthermore, agile projects are based on planning and tracking of user stories [18], so there are plenty of management tools (e.g. JIRA), which provide benefits to companies like; monitor the quality of product, higher customer satisfaction and improves control over project. The wide range of data used in various management tools gives appropriate input for process mining. Process mining plays important role to extract valuable information from the unstructured data stored in modern information systems. This data can be recorded in terms of event logs. By applying process mining techniques on event logs we can analyze the operational processes of management software's and determine the workflow of formal models to optimize the concerns related to agile project management.
