Customer Focus as a Characteristic of Contemporary Educational Organization

The work is exploratory in nature. The subject of this study is customer orientation as a characteristic of contemporary educational organization, the object of study - activities of contemporary educational organization. The purpose of the study was to identify the essential characteristics of the educational organization and the features of its management in the context of customer orientation. As the main hypothesis of the study is offered the position that contemporary educational organization can be characterized as client-oriented, if used in management marketing tools to identify the expectations, requests, level of loyalty of internal and external customers as a measure of their satisfaction; if based on the results of these studies are taken appropriate management decisions; as private - provisions that 1 - teachers are not considered educational organizations in the logic of customer focus, in particular, in the context of marketing services, and 2 - that teachers and heads of parents considered as priority external clients of the educational organization. The main result of the study and specific hypotheses are proven, one of the private - in part, the provisions made by a defense, are also reflected in the results of the study. In addition, the author formulated the concept of customer-oriented business in the field of education, the criteria for inclusion of an educational organization to a customer-defined, recommendations for the heads of management of the educational institution in the context of customer orientation. The results are of practical value to the educational institutions participating in the study. Some results of the study could form the basis for the creation of standardized methods to identify needs and level of satisfaction with the main clients of the educational organization.
