The Relationship of the Index of Social Well-being of the Schools with the Types of Management Teams in Educational Institutions

In 2013 the schools of Krasnoyarsk region were divided into three groups: ISBS high, middle and low There is a direct relationship between the ISBS and the quality of educational outcomes of schools The Hypothesis the management teams of a different types work in the schools with different ISBS and there is a relationship between the level of ISBS and the type of teams The purpose is to study the typology of the teams The objectives of the research to determine the typology of teams to check out the relationship between the types of teams and ISBS Expected results of the research the method of assessing of types of teams the checking of the relationship between ISBS and types of teams We studied ISBS, it’s influence to the quality of educational outcomes, the resilient and failing schools the international interpretations of the term team the techniques of the description of the management teams by Adizes, Belbin, Blake and Mouton, Hersey and Blanchard The results the mathematical basis of quota sampling of schools relative to ISBS we tried to make the basis for the typology of teams we found the resilient and failing schools the concept of the index of complementarity and the index of synergy the analysis of the school teams The conclusions the hypothesis didn’t confirm Balbin’s typology of successful and unsuccessful teams does not associate with ISBS the principals do not guided by scientific approaches to the formation of teams a high index of synergy of teams is confirmed with the ensemble nature of the administrative and teaching activities the awareness carried out by representatives of the teams roles and the proper distribution of functions between them can develop the team’s signs of success it’s the basis for further work on the definition of principles’ formation of teams relying the basis accepted management approaches
