A hypothesis is studied in the master’s thesis that unconscious emotional processes influence on interpersonal relationships between people, whereas the couch’s understanding of these processes and professional knowledge of tools increases the efficiency of intervention. Theoretical analysis of literature represents scientific and practical proofs of existence of unconscious psychological, emotional and social processes; it also describes their impact on people’s behaviour. The aim of the thesis is to describe methodology of psychodynamic group and team couching. Specifics of psychodynamic team couching and its differences from short-term therapy are provided in the thesis. Methodology is given that includes key ideas and notions of psychodynamic approach towards groups, logical couching structure and its timing. A detailed setting is described in the thesis, which is the basis for the method and it defines its spatial, time, content bearing and probabilistic frames. Psychological tools, borrowed from therapy, are considered dependent on their application to group couching. All of this makes the thesis practical and useful for psychodynamically-oriented couches and counsels. In the practical part there is a case where three sessions of psychodynamic couching with a group of top-managers, their analysis and conclusions, the contents of the recommendation are outlined.
