Development and Implementation of KPI System in Avtodor Company to Achieve Strategic Goals of the Company

The aim of the thesis is the development and implementation KPI System in the company Avtodor to achieve strategic goals of the company. Development and implementation of KPI System includes the following stages: • To amend regulation document of the System of KPIs; • Develop documents of KPIs; • Develop a system of assessment and remuneration of employees; • Assessment of the impact of the implementation of KPIs on the performance of the organization and the degree of achievement of its strategic objectives. Tasks that be solved in the process of writing the dissertation are the following: • To study the theoretical basis of KPI System; • To study the company Avtodor, its organizational structure, mission, goals, objectives, strategies and specific activity; • To amend regulation document of the System of KPIs; • To develop a system of assessment and remuneration of employees based on the achievement of KPI maps; • Qualitatively assess the impact of the developed System of KPIs for the effectiveness of the company; • To give recommendations for the further development of KPI System in the company. The object of study – limited liability company Avtodor. Subject of research – KPI System of Avtodor. The regulation document of the KPI System for the employees of the company Avtodor was approved. The research about attitude of the employees of the company to the KPI System was conducted, in which: a. Identified strengths and weaknesses of the developed System; b. Identified the attitude of employees to the KPI System; c. Identified the influence of the developed KPIs System to achieve strategic goals according to employees of the company; d. Recommendations for further improvement of the System which based on the results of the study.
