Automatic Terminology Collocations Extraction from Medical Texts in Russian.

The paper is devoted to the problem of medical terminology extraction in Russian texts. There is a wide variety of methods and approaches of terminology extraction, but one of the most well-known statistical approaches is the c-value algorithm. Today the algorithm needs new ways of development. The aim of the study is to improve and develop the c-value algorithm in combination with other statistical methods, as well as its adaptation to automatic terminology collocations extraction from medical texts in Russian.
