The Project of Optimization of Human Resources Department of the Engineering Company “ASE”
In activity of each HR department there can be defined formal and well-functioning business-processes,however,HR department should improve permanently to be competitive in comparison with other departments. This research touch on a variety of topical questions and problems because it is dedicated to searching of possibilities and directions for optimization of activity of HR department in terms of Engineering company "ASE" using improving of business processes and their optimization. At the heart of the project there are methods of designing of efficiency estimation system and ways of its rise. The theme of this research is currently central from scientific as well as practical point of view on terms of absence of common approach for estimation of effectiveness of HR department and clear scheme of actions for its rise. The results of the thesis work are developed system of estimation of HR department efficiency and method of optimization of its activity using creation of new scheme of business processes of HR department activity. Received results can be transmitted on branches and representation of Engineering company "ASE" and also on the atomic sector as a whole.
